Simon’s Angels is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to helping pediatric transplant patients and their families through the whole process from beginning to end.
Our purpose is to reduce financial stress, enabling families to direct their time and energy toward assisting their child’s recovery and reestablishing a normal routine while maintaining bedside presence.
Why Simon’s Angels was Founded
Simon Bradley was born on August 25, 2004 with two congenital illnesses that would have necessitated a multi-visceral transplant surgery.
He needed several organs donated to him in order to sustain life. Tragically, complications from his illnesses (Hirshsprung’s Disease and Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome) took him from this world, August 26, 2005.
In his absence we keep his memory alive by raising money to help children and families in similar circumstances as Simon. Our wish is to give pediatric transplant recipients and families a glimmer of hope in desperate times. It is during these times that families need to be together, and we have made that possible for many families.
Our desire is to continue this important work to help those who need it most. Help us help them, your support is appreciated by our foundation and the families we help.

20th Annual
Diamonds, Denim, & Dice
On Saturday, April 12, 2025, Simon’s Angels will be hosting our 20th Annual fundraising event, Diamonds, Denim & Dice.
Each ticket includes: admission to the event, $500 in poker chips to get you started, chef inspired food, drinks, photo booth, opportunities to win gift baskets, or bid on silent auction and live auction items and more!
